Uniontown Landlord Event
Respond below to confirm your attendance at the upcoming meeting to be held March 26, 2024, at 6PM.
We are excited to review the updates to the Landlord Registration Ordinance. This meeting will be live and recorded for those that cannot attend.
As of January 2024, the Redevelopment Authority will oversee the Landlord Registration. At this event we will review the changes to the ordinance which will tentatively be approved at the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting May 2, 2024. This meeting will be live on Facebook and recorded for those that cannot attend.
Upon approval of the Landlord Ordinance all landlords will receive a letter with instructions to register online for the required Rental License.
